Originally a cluster of three buildings, redeveloped site to build a high-quality logistics product that has achieved CaGBC’s Zero Carbon Building – Design Standard V2 certification. Totaling 209,000 sf with 40’ clear height, the asset is located on 10 acres in the Mississauga area.

Abbotside

154,000 sf certified LEED Silver v4 Building Design and Construction: Core and Shell Development logistics facility in the Greater Toronto Area, situated on 8 acres of land. Designed for multiple tenants, achieved a yield on cost of ~7%.
