80 Richmond Street West, also known as the Victory Building, is a boutique heritage property located steps from Bay and Richmond Streets in downtown Toronto. Originally completed in 1936, this art-deco landmark recently underwent significant renovations, including façade and lobby restorations and modernized washroom facilities. The ground floor will soon welcome Floorin on Richmond, an Italian concept bar by the owners of Twist Kitchen & Cocktail in Collingwood, opening in summer 2025. The building is also part of a $136 million financing initiative with the Canada Infrastructure Bank to reduce greenhouse gas emissions across the portfolio.
