Designed by world-renowned architect and Toronto native Frank Gehry, Forma is a landmark two-tower development in downtown Toronto featuring over 2,000 residential units. Rising 73 and 84 storeys, the towers will include seven levels of office space, three levels of retail with a mezzanine, and dedicated space for the Ontario College of Art and Design University. Construction began in late 2022.

Colt’s Crossing
Colt’s Crossing is a garden-style apartment community in Georgetown, Kentucky, featuring 12 three-storey buildings with a mix of two- and three-bedroom suites averaging 836 square feet. The property offers on-site amenities including a playground, outdoor grilling area, dog park, and laundry facilities. Conveniently located near major employers such as Toyota’s largest North American manufacturing plant, Georgetown College, and the University of Kentucky, Colt’s Crossing provides residents with quality housing close to key regional amenities and employment hubs.

Brighton Village Rentals
Brighton Village Rentals is a multi-phase, purpose-built rental complex located in the heart of Brighton in Saskatoon. Upon completion the complex will comprise ~550 rental units, including apartment and townhome rentals, as well as a retail component. Currently, 277 units are complete and occupied, including the first two buildings, The Wren (Brighton Village Rentals I) and The Teal (Brighton Village Rentals II ). The third and fourth buildings, consisting of 229 rental units, are currently under construction with completion expected in 2025/2026 respectively. The fifth and sixth buildings consist of approximately an additional 220 rental units and are expected to start construction in 2025/2026 respectively.

Aalto Suites
Aalto Suites is the first purpose-built rental building located in our Zibi master-planned community in Gatineau, Quebec and consists of 162 rental units. It is located on the shores of the Ottawa River, close to Parliament in Ottawa, transit, multi-use pathways and public parks. The building enjoys net zero heating and cooling through the Zibi Community Utility (ZCU). Aalto Suites was completed in 2022.
